Damage to Colorama will be charged at £9 per metre for each metre soiled. Breakages and Insurance We are insured for accidental damage to equipment, and we also pick up the cost of wear and tear. You agree to take every step to ensure that our equipment will not be damaged through you using it. If you are booking Space and Lights only, you also confirm that you know how to use the equipment safely and competently. There is always a member of staff present. If you damage any equipment, or are not sure how to use it, you agree to speak to them. Contact us for more info What you can and can’t do in our studio It is the Studios Policy that all models will require proof of age when working in the studios to confirm that they are over the age of 18. This must be in the form of either a driving licence or photo passport. If suitable ID is not provided, you may not be able to use the studios. Under 18’s will require a Parent or Legal guardian present at all times. Male/Female interaction of a hardcore nature is not permitted in the studios. If you are shooting children, or have anyone under 16 visiting the studio, please let us know. We will ensure that there are no photographs on display in the studio which contain nudity. If you want to shoot nudes for art-nude or glamour shots, that’s fine but please make sure you tell us in advance – this is for your own benefit as our staff will not come in and out of the studio, so you will not be disturbed. If you want to shoot erotic material – by this we mean shots of a sexual nature - you need to talk to us about this before you make your booking. We will not allow erotic shoots to take place unless these have been agreed with us in advance. If you’re not sure, please get in touch and tell us your plans. If you want to shoot video films, you also need to agree this with us in advance. We only allow video films to be shot in the studio with prior permission.
